Guest Policies

ALL GUESTS MUST SIGN IN AT THE SPORTS DESK OR FRONT RECEPTION

Affiliate Members:

All Guests of the Glencoe Club must be registered appropriately by a Member of the Club.
Guests being brought by a Member must be properly registered immediately upon arrival at the Sports Office
or Main Reception.

It is the responsibility of the Member to ensure his/her guest has appropriate white clothing and footwear
for any on-court activity.

Junior members (17 and under) wishing to bring a Guest to the Club must have their parent's permission
in the form of a note or phone call.

Guests of The Glencoe Club are only permitted to be registered once per month to use the sports facilities
at the Club, regardless of which Member registers them.

*Week passes: Are for out of town guests (100km + out of calgary) only. They are valid for 7 consecutive days.
