You don’t have to run in the Glencoe Icebreaker to experience the excitement of the race. Come out and volunteer for this fun event and get a free long sleeve technical shirt, brunch and an opportunity to win fabulous draw prizes. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GLENCOE MEMBERS ONLY
If you need to cancel, you can:
• Transfer your spot to someone else. To ensure accurate race results, please call Cindy Bonyai at 403- 287-4168 with the updated name, gender and age.
• Contact Cindy at 403-287-4168. If there is a wait list and your spot can be filled, 50% of your entry fee will be refunded. If not, no refund will be given.
ENTRY DEADLINE
Entry forms will be available at the Sports Office commencing Wednesday, January 4, 2012. Glencoe Member registration begins 5:30 am Wednesday, January 11. Non-Member registration begins 5:30 am Monday, January 16. Race fills very quickly - don’t delay! No confirmations will be sent, those NOT getting in will be notified by phone or have their entries returned. Entries subject to availability on date received. DO NOT MAIL - Race fills too quickly. ONLY those with race numbers will be permitted to attend the Post Race Awards/Brunch. Non-race spectators, children, etc., will not be allowed access into the brunch.
RACE PACKAGE PICK-UP
Race information and number pick-up will be at: Forzani’s Tech Shop, 2424 - 4 St. S.W. Friday, March 30, 2012 4-8 pm Saturday, March 31, 2012 9:30 am - 5:30 pm
Please Note:
There will be NO PICK-UPS on Race Day
ROUTE
The course will use city roads and paved pathways. No dogs or strollers allowed on race route.
